The Dubai Air Show is one of the most important aeronautics event in the world, and Honeywell has an already traditional presence there with a chalet-type expo booth. Honeywell’s 2023 presence required custom key visuals, so I proposed to use a composite shot of Honeywell’s Boeing 757 testbed aircraft placed over Dubai’s skyline.
The airplane is unique in this world and can instantly be recognized because it’s mount for in-flight testing of Honeywell’s engines.
The 3D airplane model used:
This was one of the first composite shots, but since the image was considered too sandstorm-related, I went for other clearer aerial images of Dubai’s skyline.

Reverse angle shots were also used, with the same idea in mind.
